The nutrition entry interface
XtremeFit Pro uses a portion-based system to track your nutrition and calorie consumption.
The data in the Nutrition Tab displays the number of portions of each food group allowed in the current nutrition phase. The Tab also displays the number of portion remaining for the day.

Graphs are available to chart all the workout data you record. XtremeFit graphs are fully customizable. Show and hide individual routines, search, and create charting groups to focus on the data you need to see.

There is the plan and then there is reality. We all have to adapt our workout routine to life events and XtremeFit Pro support all the changes you may need to make to your workout schedule. Insert rest days, repeat workouts, substitute workouts, it's all easily done with a couple of clicks.

Infinite Reusability with Custom Workout Modules
XtremeFit Pro comes pre-loaded with the popular P90X Classic workout but it's not limited to tracking your P90X progress.
XtremeFit Pro can track ANY workout program through the use of workout Modules. Modules are fully configured workout programs that include all the workouts, routines and schedule.
We have made many FREE workout Modules ready to use. You can also use the free XtremeFit Editor to make your own.
