The WorkoutSoft software helps overcome many barriers to keeping a regular workout schedule:
  • Managing complex workout schedules. You set the entire schedule before you start and the software tells you what's on for today. No guess work.
  • Keeping track of your performance. Reps and weights for all the exercises on your workout are recorded directly in the software. Know how you did last time and know how much to push yourself today to achieve your goals.
  • Graphing your progress. We provide charts that show your progression over time. There is no better stimulant than seeing the curves go up!
  • Tracking your nutrition. Know what to eat for optimal weight loss and lean mass gain. Know what to give your body for the results you expect.
Our main product in the Fitness Tracking category is XtremeFit Tracker™ for P90X® and for P90X-Plus®. This Java-based completely cross-platform (Windows and Mac) P90X software will help you record, track, and chart progress for the P90X and P90X-Plus workouts. It is the successor to the widely successful P90X Excel worksheets called P90Xcel. However, this new P90X software tracker is now a stand-alone product that no longer requires Excel.
There are a few P90X Excel spreadsheets out there (including P90Xcel) but they all have the same limitations. Namely, the inability to customize or significantly change the out-of-the-box P90X schedule and the inability to update the spreadsheet without loosing all your tracking data. XtremeFit Tracker goes beyond P90Xcel and no longer has such limitations. XtremeFit Tracker is the only P90X tracker on the market that is an actual piece of professional software.
The XtremeFit P90X tracker guides you through the entire 90-day schedule of workouts detailed in the P90X fitness guide, is used to record your workout goals and performance, graph your progress, and track your nutrition and caloric intake according to the P90X nutrition guide.
